High Holiday Seating Request Form (2010-2011)
No seats will be issued unless previous balance is paid in full, and the first dues installment and full payment for the seats is received by the shul office.
Last years seats will be held for members until Friday August 27, 2010.
At that time, all remaining seats will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Summary of Dues and Seats (2010-2011)

Building Fund: Beginning the second full year of membership there is a Building Fund assessment of $2,000 for family members, $1,000 for single members, $500 for Friends of the Shul due over a five year period.
